Kristen Lamb-reilly, chief marketing officer

Kristen Lamb-Reilly is one of the founding investors of Ecovap, building on a career of successful entrepreneurial ventures. As one of the original founders, she has shouldered several roles that have played a key role in the company’s growth as it transitioned through several stages.
Kristen was instrumental in creating a solid base foundation as interim CEO during the early growth stages. When Jason Mendenhall joined the team as an early investor, she was pleased to hand over the role as CEO to allow for new and exciting growth, leveraging Jason’s proven experience in mass-scale to exit strategies. Kristen’s shift allowed her to address the growing needs of the company as COO and groom that position until Nick Murray joined the team, bringing his unique strengths to complement the fast-moving deployment requirements of the company. Again, her vast experience in the entrepreneur world allowed her to shift easily into the follow-on roles. Her current position as CMO enables her to co-strategize the forward momentum of growth within the marketing plans ahead. She embraces the adventure each role plays in the growing company she loves.
Most recently, Ms. Lamb founded Still With You, an online retailer of memorial statues. Previously, Ms. Lamb served as an Executive at MyExpert Solutions (2010-2012) and Dynactive Educational Software (2012-2014), both of which provided online counseling and interactive education for adults. In 2001, Ms. Lamb co-founded DesignIt Construction, a residential and commercial building contractor/developer, as well as DesignIt Boutique, a retail furniture store and design center that she also co-managed with her late husband, Robert Lamb, from 2001 to 2010.
Ms. Lamb is also active in various non-profit organizations and philanthropies, including the ChainBreaker Foundation (founder — a charity to empower and provide coping skills for abused women) and the Children’s Justice Center (previous board member — providing care for abused children).
Ms. Lamb has completed four years in the Human Resource Development/Family Sciences degree program at Brigham Young University.
Ms. Lamb served as a member of the Founders Board for the Rollins Center of Entrepreneurship and Technology — BYU Marriott School, as well as an executive board member for the Women in Entrepreneurship program (WE). She also served as an advisory board member for the Women’s Success Center at Utah Valley University.
