Commercial evaporative cooling towers are an integral part of many industries, including power plants, chemical processing, oil refining, steel mills, and waste incineration, where evaporative cooling and heat exchange are essential processes. EcoVAP™ is currently developing proprietary evaporative cooling components that are purpose-built to address the inherent mechanical, operational, and chemical challenges associated with these large, expensive, and dynamic systems. REDUCED MAINTENANCE &
COST OF OWNERSHIP

EcoVAP evaporator fill media is made from 100% recycled HDPE resins that are completely impervious to the most corrosive water. Our custom media and enclosures are effectively maintenance- free, requiring only occasional pressure washing, and will never become fouled by accumulated water solids. Because each enclosure is made from the same material as our highly durable media, expensive refurbishments are likely unnecessary, lowering total cost of ownership.
