Working with EcoVAP

Your step-by-step guide for what to expect while Ecovap installs your evaporation technology — from initial site assessment to seamless setup and maintenance.

What does it take to get Ecovap up and running at your operation?

It starts with a site assessment, then installation and ends with comprehensive ongoing support. Every step of the process is designed to meet your needs and solve the long-term water management challenges that stand in your way.

We begin with a site walkthrough of your operation, which typically lasts an hour. Before arriving, our team coordinates with yours to establish safety protocols, documentation needs and any site-specific challenges.

Our team will assess your water quality, flow, power availability, infrastructure and space constraints. This gives us the information we need to design a matrix that fits your unique operational environment, whether you’re working within limited land constraints, withstanding extreme weather or prioritizing regulatory compliance.

Based on your site’s specs, we’ll create a custom Ecovap matrix. Each system is engineered for your water volume, evaporation goals and layout needs. We’ll also provide guidance regarding pond preparation and solar integration (if applicable).

Matrix panels are manufactured off-site and delivered ready for installation in just a few weeks. For smaller systems, installations span as little as 1-2 days. Larger builds follow a phased plan with daily safety and progress checks to keep your buildout on track. The system can also be turned-on mid-build, so you can start evaporating immediately.

Once installed, we’ll train your team on operations, monitoring and maintenance needs. You’ll receive a site-specific SOP and have direct access to our support team for questions and assistance.

Ecovap offers optional turnkey maintenance agreements or self-service guidance. We’ll also help you set up tools like magnetic flow meters and weather stations to precisely track evaporation and optimize performance.

Locally manufactured with recyclable HDPE, Ecovap panels are built on-demand to minimize costs and keep your install timeline on track.

Ecovap contracts with local manufacturers near you. This slashes freight costs, speeds deployment and streamlines your supply chain from day one.

Because Ecovap’s panels are made from precision-molded parts, they’re optimized for rapid on-site assembly. This also makes them easy to add to your system as needs grow — no rework required.

Panels are molded to 1/1000” tolerances with high-grade tooling and materials built for any condition, from hurricane-force winds to extreme heat and the harshest water conditions around.

We’re here to get you from concept to full operation — with immediate real-world results you can measure.

We’ll evaluate your site’s pan evaporation rate, water, power and infrastructure to tailor a matrix solution that fits your operation.

The system’s panels are manufactured off-site at a partner near you and then delivered for rapid onsite installation by the Ecovap team.

Your team will receive full training, SOPs and can opt for Ecovap’s ongoing maintenance service agreements, which are available for full turnkey operations if desired.

Every operation is unique, but using tools like flow meters and measuring data can help track evaporation with precision.
